	Use this page to select the region. The selected region determines the services available, the estimated fees charged, and the member services contact numbers to use. Then launch the Treatment Fee Tool either in a full browser window or popup window (as it will be invoked from the KP website). This launches the KPTEST version of the tool. You can also view the ReadMe file contents to see the history of changes to the tools and run earlier versions.Note, the ability to run earlier versions has been temporarily lost until backed up files can be restored. Finally, you can also launch the release version of the Treatment Fee Tool and see version information for the current release.
