When you receive care or services from a provider at a non-Kaiser Permanente facility, even if the provider is under contract to provide services for Kaiser Permanente members, the charges may be different.

These fees/charges are not plan specific. The amount of charges you pay out of your own pocket will depend on your plan coverage and on things such as whether or not your provider is a Kaiser Permanente practitioner. And your benefit plan may cover services at different levels of copayment or coinsurance.

The fees are updated on an annual basis. These estimated member charges are published as of , and are subject to change without notice. Prescription drug charges are published on a quarterly basis and are subject to change without notice.

Kaiser Permanente does not guarantee the accuracy of any particular fee amount, as these fees do not include the costs of unanticipated or unplanned treatment. As part of your visit, additional procedures, tests, follow-up visits, etc. may be required to properly treat a condition. This may increase financial liability and should be considered when trying to estimate your fees.
